@Uber @UberINSupport Had scheduled a trip at 2:50 am and a driver got assigned by 2:30 showing 20 mins to arrive. Same condition till 3:22 even after multiple calls and messages!! Finally resorted to another mode of transport and now I am being charged a hefty cancellation fee?

Request @UberINSupport @Uber_Support to look into this matter since the “help” option in your app is actually of no help in such scenarios! Anomaly in name of drivers’ too as given in the screenshots. Take this matter seriously 🙏
