Most dads donโt fail in the gym because theyโre lazy.
They fail because the plan assumes a life they donโt have.
Iโm a dad of 3.
I train 3 days a week.Heavy compounds. High protein. One hard working set.
No 2-hour workouts.
No fake alpha noise.
No โoptimize everything.โ
When the week blows up: 1 push. 1 pull. 1 squat or hinge. 15โ20 minutes.
Then get back to your kids.
Staying strong isnโt vanity.
Your kids remember watching you show up.
Weekly field notes + the simple system I actually use in my bio.
Stop trying to become the guy who gets motivated to train.
Become the guy who trains because it's just part of his week.
Eat well because you want to feel good.
Get stronger because you want to stay capable.
Take care of yourself because you have people who count on you.
You don't need to obsess over self-improvement.
Build a life where taking care of yourself is normal.
@rajmichaelsfit That doesn't look comfortable at all with the metal across your wrist. How did it feel? I'm sticking with a cuff or just holding a handle. Willing to bet none of these fancy grips make any insane difference.
