@O2 Really disappointing customer service today: after a total of 2.5 hours on the phone to you (95 minutes on hold) your operator promised to email me my upgrade offer. He said, “Any issues I’ll call you back.” No email, no phonecall... I can’t face another hour of hold music 😫
