@airbnbHelp Canceled reservation that started 4/15 due to #covid19. Misses @airbnb policy by 1 day. My host said he would refund but he never got remail. I canceled via "extenuating circumstances" per @AirBnB instructions and got email that I have to pay. Airbnbn won't respond.

@AskCapitalOne Yes, it was a US capital one card, we just used a different card for one purchase because Capital One still didn’t work. Then it worked for final purchase. We talked to customer service and the fraud dept and both were rude, blamed us for the hold on acct rather than helping

@CapitalOne in-laws in town and making purchases here for granddaughter. Declined and customer service on phone was rude to my wife and father-in-law. Hope your other employees are better trained.

Boarding @SouthwestAir Midway to Providence #2054 4/26, a male flight attendant with a beard (didn't catch his name) joked that the best place to sit on a plane is "by a skinny girl." He was difficult the whole flight, but that particular size-ism and sexism was really offensive.
