@ScanSnapUK when a company decides to use AI to run their online chat facility it’s makes the process so painful that no matter how good the product, if I can’t get basic info before purchase I’m going elsewhere. Shame as the product looks great.

@TomK_Brit1993 I think the main issue is that nobody, including himself knows what he actually stands for? He’s to reactionary, he’s never proactive. Plus he’s always got time to support every ideology except the uks.

This was my large meal, not only was it disappointing, it turned up literally freezing cold, and chicken still pink. First time I’ve used you. Probably the last. Uber eats refused to address issue.

Not to mention that the driver who delivered mine wasn’t the one the app stated would be delivering. Another shining example of uber promoting illegal working!
@EOver384@OctopusEnergy That makes perfect sense! It’s infuriating. Octopus recently been in the news for not holding enough reserves of cash in place, and by coincidence they are randomly putting up people’s DD’s up to bolster their own balance.
@OctopusEnergy I’m £550 in credit, came out of winter 300 in credit, now I get an email telling me my direct debit is going up £35 a month? Why?? I’m not just a way for you to top up your saving account? Oh and I can’t have a refund either according to you?
@ubereats_uk customer service is ridiculous. Apparently you understand it’s frustrating when my food doesn’t reach me at an expected temp? Wtf? I just assumed it would be hot enough to be edible? Not a huge ask is it? 45 mins between my meal leaving and being delivered! Shoddy.
@OctopusEnergy Great advice, shame the balance forecast is currently unavailable. My point is why do you keep amending my DD when I manually adjust it. I’ve never once been in debt on my account but for some reason you see fit to treat me as I’m incapable?
