Alex- I love the layout of your slides. I like the color scheme you used. I also like the pictures you used. They describe your slides perfectly. #fys03xu
I like how everyone had a different layout. Each of the projects are unique to every individual. I love seeing how everyone’s experience is different. #fys03xu
@ava35337179 Although I have never read Sci-Fi before, I thought the book was interesting. I do feel like the author should have extended the book and explained the big scenes a little better. #fys03xu
I was curious why Binti messaged her mom first? I also really like the friendship Binit and Okwu created. aI also think the otjize had a good representation of African power. #fys03xu
I feel like this novella went way too fast. I could not comprehend what was going on. I feel as if there was no build up at all. I prefer a slower book, but I think this was still interesting. #fys03xu
@MeganLa28764303 I am also a little confused. I think the speaker really helped us get an understanding of the book. I have also never read this genre, but I think its interesting. #fys03xu
I have never read this genre before and its a little confusing. I really like how descriptive it is tho. I also think watching those videos have benefited because without those, I wouldn't have an idea of what's going on. #fys03xu
@farfsings2 I think she did a good job making everyone think during her speech. I also liked the comparison she made with the octopus analogy. I think after watching this video, I understand her novel. #fys03xu
@MennellJonny I think it is interesting how she included her Nigerian heritage into her writings. Personally, I like reading about peoples' history. I am excited to read Binti after watching this video. #fys03xu
The shorter film was also interesting. In a way I though it was weird. I really liked how we got an insight of Biniti and know what to expect from it. #fys03xu
I think the TEDtalk was very powerful and interesting. I liked how background was given about the book. I also liked how she opened and closed her speech with readings of her own books. #fys03xu
I so happy with how the book ended. I was so happy to see Cath build up her confidence throughout the story. Do you think Cath will change back to her old self if she rooms with Wren? I'm also curious if her and Levi are still going to be dating next year. #fys03xu
@izzyAr23 Yes! I was so surprised considering Wren didn't really want to talk to Cath at the beginning of the semester. I think them two rooming together will make their relationship stronger than it ever has been. #fys03xu
@ava35337179 I definitely think she has changed through the novel. I'm actually glad the way she reacted even if it was out of her comfort zone. It just shows that she has came a long way and isn't scared to stand up fro herself anymore. #fys03xu
I am happy to see that Cath and Levi are working everything out. I think he is a good man for her. I think he brings her out of her shell more than anyone ever has. I hope Cath and Wren work out their problems and can talk again tho. #fys03xu
