As a community of residents in Lodha Park using electric cars, we have been pushing and absolutely begging @TataPower and @TATAPower_Mum to increase the number of chargers. We have been pushed around and given wait times of 1 year.
We have requested personal chargers; nobody is asking for freebies and everyone is ready to pay.
However, there has been absolute disregard, with accountability being thrown between parties.
@PMOIndia is pushing for a switch to electric, yet your actions are not helping residents.
150+ ready customers and you are still giving excuses.
Get your act together and help us out.

@MTPHereToHelp@CMOMaharashtra Toll is still being collected on Atal Setu and Worli Sea link for EV vehicles. They mention that they are yet to rec any communication/GR on this.. pls let us know the date by when tolls for EVS would be waived?
Inspite of clear cut policy and directive and Cabinet decision conveyed by GR # 202505231834008229 of Govt of Maharashtra, toll is still being charged for EVs on Bandra Worli Sea Link in blatant violation.

@PratapSarnaik Appreciate your efforts in promoting EV adoption through road tax and toll waivers. However our big residential complex is not allowing us to install EV chargers. All your thoughtful work risks being undermined if major residential complexes discourage EV adoption
Upon calling them several times the only update I get it is, it’s under testing. Their policies; they will not return the old parts replaced, so there is no way to verify what they have done. Pathetic company, everyone beware and not give your appliances to them @AskmeInfoline
Be aware of this company @AskmeInfoline. The most unprofessional individuals run the company in Chembur, Mumbai. My Hisense 65 inch tv was not switching on. They took the TV and billed me 50% of the cost of the TV for repair. The TV worked when they got it back
Then came the surprise the next day. Same issue persisted. Kept calling their office and the person who picked up the TV. Finally they came after 10 days to pick up the TV again. Now the TV is in their custody since 7 days. No reply from their office. They do not inform upfront
On 9th August 2024 I travelled on Bandra Worli sealink on 5 occasions. As per the toll fare the 4th trip and 5th trip should not be charged, however @HDFC_Bank Fastag charged my for those trips. I somehow managed to raise a service request through their website. @FASTag_NETC
@HDFCBank_Cares I would have DM the service request number if your website worked. I am trying since 3 days to login unsuccessfully! Even if it does I can’t access any menu as it gets stuck as soon as I try to navigate to any option.
Now I am being informed that the service request will take 15-20 working days to resolve! I travel this road everyday at least 4 times and if I have to raise a dispute everyday, it’s highly inefficient and time consuming. @HDFCBank_Cares@FASTag_NETC
