Then came The World Skill Center, towering over the skyline of Bhubaneswar. By 2024, trained 4282 students & 2620 trainers, hosted CEOs & a visiting State Head. It set a new national benchmark for maximalist thinking for skill development for those at the bottom of the pyramid.

"Global mindset, local roots."
This isn’t just a slogan. It’s the defining mantra of a new generation of Indian entrepreneurs.
After an energizing visit to the U.S. and a series of powerful conversations with investors and founders, one insight stood out clearly:
𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.
Whether it’s breakthroughs in AI, inclusive healthcare, sustainable agri-tech, or climate innovation, startups from India are showing that relevance at home can translate into resonance worldwide.
Investors are no longer asking, “Can this scale globally?” They’re saying, “How fast can we help you get there?”
@TiEGlobal is proud to stand beside these visionaries, mentoring, connecting, and championing entrepreneurs who are turning local ambition into global impact.

Conservation of agro biodiversity is consciously designed in all our interventions. In the Rice Fallow Management initiative across the state, we are evaluating performance of landraces of various crops, namely, green and black- gram. The results are fascinating. PC: @mhdarson
The mechanized seeded green and black- gram crops as of today in Pipili, Puri District look so wonderful. This is a 4.5 acres field of a 75 years old farmer who opted for drill seeding for the first time in his farming life.

Great to learn about the infrastructure for technical textiles at BharatTex - India has huge opportunities in nonwoven textiles. TWE-OBT, a JV between TWE of Germany and Obeetee is scaling up in the sector
It was wonderful to interact with Mr Bill Gates on his trip to Odisha on 28.2.24 as he saw the transformation in some low income neighbourhoods in Bhubaneswar through community participation ……
Congratulations to the Assam Government on the momentous achievement of launching the game-changing semiconductor units in the State!
This significant step not only bolsters Assam’s technological landscape but also contributes to India’s semiconductor industry.
India aims to become a major player in the global semiconductor market by 2029. HPM @narendramodi Ji's 20-year semiconductor vision drives this ambitious goal.
Kudos to all stakeholders involved!
@TataCompanies
It was such a delightful pleasure to meet @BillGates at Krushi Bhavan, my workplace. Team and I demonstrated how @krushibibhag is leveraging digital technologies to provide inclusive and impactful schemes and services to Odisha farmers. The esteemed visitor appreciated our efforts.
