🚨BREAKING🚨: (Never-before-disclosed information about the J6 pipe bomb investigation begins in paragraph 5, below.)

While the GOP grassroots, conservatives, MAGA, America First, and their variously preferred “influencers” appear “united” in tearing each other and their former coalition apart, a real curiosity has become increasingly apparent in the Black civil rights community. Almost without exception, the most visible and outspoken Black political activists have remained completely silent on the case of Brian Cole Jr., the autistic Black man accused, arrested, and jailed without bond by the Trump Department of Justice as the alleged January 5–6, 2021 pipe bomber.

Sources within the Cole camp have told me that all of the most prominent voices in Black media, podcasting, and civil rights activism have been contacted about Cole’s case. While a small handful initially expressed interest in covering it or speaking out on his behalf, all have since “ghosted” them and no longer return calls or messages.

What’s going on? This is a group of political activists almost entirely unified in their opposition to anything the Trump administration does. They are equally unified in their readiness to speak out, rally, march, protest, and even call for civil disobedience at any perceived misstep or civil rights abuse by law enforcement or the judicial system against people of color — even when those alleged abuses involve individuals with long and violent criminal records. By contrast, Brian Cole Jr. has no criminal background, has never been in trouble, and comes from a family with a long history of voting exclusively for Democratic Party candidates.

Furthermore, Cole’s arrest bears all the earmarks of a classic scapegoat cover-up operation. Nearly five years after @FBI built a case file on Cole — apparently dismissed for lack of prosecutable evidence — the FBI and @thejusticedept did not revisit that file “with a new set of eyes” until after I named a WHITE former cop (now working for the CIA) as a possible forensic match to the mysterious gray-hooded figure who planted the two suspicious devices at the RNC and DNC headquarters the evening before the January 6 riot. According to Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) — the congressman who has spent the most time investigating all things related to January 6 — the FBI had two eyewitnesses who described the January 5 pipe bomber as a “white male.” Loudermilk revealed this in a televised committee hearing early this year.

Rep. Loudermilk already knew I was on the right track in connecting the pipe bomber both to a WHITE person and to the @CapitolPolice. For the first time, I am revealing the contents of a private conversation I had with Loudermilk after my November 5 morning appearance on the Glenn Beck Program, where Glenn and I discussed our forthcoming November 8 story on @TheBlaze, in which we named our “person of interest” in the January 6 pipe bomb saga: a WHITE former COP with the U.S. Capitol Police. This was a text exchange between the congressman and me. (I will share screenshots of the entire exchange if forced to.) Here are his abbreviated remarks:

LOUDERMILK: “You are about to shake the world!! … We had recently uncovered some evidence that was leading us in the same direction. We need to talk face to face; I have info that can fill in the gaps … Will need to meet to discuss. It is circumstantial, but it points to USCP involvement.”

(I will also reveal what that “circumstantial” evidence of Capitol Police involvement is, in very short order. It is time, and it is quite “substantial.”)

What more does the Black civil rights community need to rise up against this abuse by our Department of Justice? We have a young, special-needs Black man falsely accused by an FBI that already knows a white person planted the devices. We have congressional investigators who had already tied the gray-hooded bomber to the Capitol Police — even before my team and I independently made the same connection.

In short:

A Black man is being framed by Trump’s FBI and DOJ to cover up the illegal actions of a white cop. Dear God … what more is needed to call citizens to the streets of D.C. to protest this obvious injustice and cover-up?

Where is … BLM? The NAACP? The National Urban League? Rev. Sharpton’s National Action Network? The Equal Justice Initiative? Fair Fight Action? Benjamin Crump? Pod Save the People? NPR’s Code Switch? The Breakfast Club with Charlamagne tha God and his crew? Roland Martin Unfiltered? The Root? The Grio? BET? Ebony? Essence? Blavity? Vibe? Black Agenda Report? Dr. Rashad Richey? Stephen Smith? Researchers at Fred Hutchinson examined the brains of 59 women after death. In 63 percent of them they found male DNA, almost certainly left behind by a son. The oldest of those women was 94, and the cells were still sitting there.

Around week four or five of pregnancy, before most women have told anyone, a handful of the baby's cells cross into the mother's bloodstream. Some of them never leave. Scientists call it microchimerism, meaning you are carrying a few of another person's cells inside you. Doctors at Leiden University in the Netherlands checked organs from women who had recently been pregnant and found the baby's cells in every single one. Liver, lungs, thyroid, kidneys, bone marrow, skin, heart.

They do not sit idle. When researchers in Ireland biopsied cesarean scars from 70 women, they found the baby's cells living in the skin as ordinary skin cells, making collagen and repair proteins right at the cut. The child helped close the wound its own birth made.

At Mount Sinai, scientists tagged fetal cells with a glowing marker in pregnant mice, then damaged the mothers' hearts. The fetal cells went to the injury. They became heart muscle and the lining of blood vessels. Nobody has proven the human version yet, but doctors have noticed for years that women who develop heart failure around childbirth recover better than almost any other kind of heart failure patient.

In a study of 177 women, fetal cells appeared in the blood of 85 percent of the healthy participants and only 64 percent of the women who had a very early, non-invasive breast cancer. Nobody has worked out yet whether the cells are doing the protecting. The same cells also turn up in Hashimoto's, an immune condition that attacks the thyroid, so this is a gift with complications.

A French team looked at umbilical cord blood in 2021 and found cells belonging to the baby's grandmother in 5 of 28 samples. Cells that crossed one placenta decades earlier had crossed a second one. Three generations of women, alive in a single bloodstream.

Which means the pull a mother feels toward her child has a physical form. It sits in her liver, her heart, and often her brain, and it stays there for the rest of her life.

The prostitution charge was later reduced to disorderly conduct, and York reportedly pleaded no contest to the remaining charges, was found guilty, received a short jail sentence, and was ordered to pay roughly $1,150+ in fines and fees.

This is the billionaire CEO and principal owner of one of the most famous franchises in the NFL.

And somehow this story is barely making a ripple nationally.

Rosanne Boyland died in that tunnel. MPD bodycam shows Officer Lila Morris striking her repeatedly with a stick while she lay on the ground.

MPD internal affairs reviewed that force and called it objectively reasonable. No officer was charged.

Weeks later, Officer Morris was an honored guest at Super Bowl LV.

Victoria White was sprayed, beaten, punched, and thrown to the ground in that same tunnel minutes before Rosanne died.

I was there. I watched Lieutenant Jason Bagshaw swinging overhead strikes with a collapsible baton at people who could not get out. Victoria White. Shane Jenkins. Me.

Bagshaw is a Captain now.

So yes. I sprayed officers. I own that and I always have.
