@malnadkoos Have a few NI colleagues - studied at IIT Madras for 5 years, where they didn't bother to learn a single Tamil word. When they were in Japan, didn't take more than a couple of months to pick up japanese and start speaking. They're generally apathetic towards South Indian culture.
