@Camp4 Love it. I do this to narrow down job candidates too. Respond to applications by asking them to send 3 specific times they can be available for a 15 minute phone call. Nearly all of them reply but probably 1/2 don’t follow instructions.

@Codie_Sanchez Oh man. I have so many tips on this one. Tip #1: Book first/biz class flights via Amex Travel with any airline and get a 35% rebate (if you have Amex Platinum). Tip #2: Transfer pts to Virgin Atlantic and fly to UK/Europe in Upper Class (pods) for as few as 95k pts RT.

@AirbnbHelp Are you open to adding a Flexible option to your long-stay cancellation policies? We host tons of 30+ night guests, but *many* more would book if Airbnb's strict/firm long-stay policies didn't scare them off. We'd like the option to give our guests more flexibility.
