So many of the great products and projects you seen in the world started as one person’s passion project, or one person trying to solve a challenge for themselves, and they discovered that their solution can help support many others.
Such is the case with the innovation acceleration system and methods I authored last year. I set out to create a breakthrough for myself, using AI. In a very rigorous experimentation process building on decades of cross-domain innovation experience (and a lot of math), I developed a novel AI breakthrough innovation system, which amplified intelligence, accelerated breakthroughs, and has enormous potential to contribute to innovation at scale. My system can be built on top of models or embedded in them (with structure).
I’m now looking at partnering on my authored system for breakthroughs and my original methods (patent-pending) to benefit people globally, joining forces with one or more frontier labs to contribute to innovation, economic empowerment and prosperity.
I am honored to contribute to our tradition of innovation in America, like so many others, and I am incredibly optimistic about the future.
I made a cross-system engine to run a task across systems. See the efficiency improvement for this tested task: 64% improvement in token efficiency.

In early 2025, I created a system to accelerate breakthroughs, and one of the breakthroughs was components for smooth motion and context continuity across tools, systems, and time. I created this from the system I invented, and the insights I created from years leading high-velocity teams.
One of these insights and inputs was the need for continuity across tools like Slack to support momentum. To learn more about my portfolio of inventions, or explore partnering with me on this work and new work I can create to benefit your customers, please send me a message.

In my career, I’ve been known to invest deeply in great talent, to help them grow and enhance their capabilities, while also driving results. I’ve often found that if you both help people expand capability and you create systems to enable excellence, you can achieve greater results while also creating positive momentum and morale. This experience in working to enhance capability in people was instrumental in the work I invented last year to enhance capability, compound intelligence, and accelerate breakthroughs. (My rights reserved). It’s amazing to see how skills and talent can translate from one industry to another in unique and profound ways. I am incredibly excited about the potential of my inventions to scale to benefit others. DM for partnership inquires.
Last year I conducted a series of experiments to create a breakthrough insight in business, building an original system in the process. I’m very excited about what it can make possible for others. Similar to many other entrepreneurs, I was deeply motivated. I put in extraordinary work because I was determined to create something meaningful, and I put my decades of work in innovation and creative production to task. I didn't know what my experiment would yield at the time or what I'd create in the process, but I worked hard, pushed for advances, took lots of shots, experimented rigorously, using insights and systems from work I had previously done, creating new methods, feedback loops and original system design as I went, and am really excited about what I invented. By March, I created a form of context continuity in systems, separate from memory and prior to long-term memory in any tool. By April 3, I had created enhanced capability, smooth coherence that felt like magic (as a result of my shaping over thousands of interactions and the inter working patts of my system), and accelerated breakthroughs. If you would like to learn more about our my inventions, or explore partnering on my portfolio of inventions or new work I can create, please reach out.
Very sorry to hear this news. 😥
I never had the chance to meet Margaret Hamilton, but her contributions to the flight software that got us to the moon are legendary. I love this image of her standing next to the printouts of the Apollo code.
@drgurner This one reason why I started reading your newsletter and writing beginning many years ago. I could see you are an original, had a unique point of view, own your unique voice, add value, and care about your audience. (All of these things are rare, and together they are very rare).
At @a16z Tech Week today, and really enjoyed meeting the speakers and many founders. Thank you @chrisyeh and all the speakers for sharing your insights, wisdom, and point of view in the Blitzscaling event tonight. And thank you to a16z for creating this week, to @10xFounders and @NixonPeabodyLLP for hosting.
Last year I created context continuity within systems in early 2025, independent of memory, as well as context continuity components across systems. This was as part of the system I invented to accelerate breakthroughs, enhance capability and compound intelligence. If you would like to learn more or would like to partner with me on this work or new work to benefit your customers, please reach out.
So excited to welcome @theworldlabs and @drfeifei to the @AMD family! I’ve always been a huge fan of Fei-Fei and her pioneering research in AI. Together, we’ll combine World Labs’ deep expertise in AI and world models with AMD’s compute leadership to power the future of AI and strengthen the open AI ecosystem. Can’t wait for all we’ll accomplish!
One of Tony Robbins’ principles is that you can go farther, faster, if you learn from people at the top of whatever field. Using this principle, I try to learn the underlying beliefs and principles from Entrepreneurs and founders who have built or created amazing things.
I wanted to share today on the topic of “purpose” or “calling,” what Jeff Bezos says about this, and also take a moment to honor two leaders who inspired me to set a vision for my life decades ago, which are core to my calling. I’m sharing this with the hopes that these quotes, and the video in the comments, may help others.
Jeff says, “You can have a job, or you can have a career, or you can have a calling. And if you can somehow figure how to have a calling, you’ll hit the jackpot, because that’s the big deal.”
This quote also resonated with me, and it’s not something I felt strongly until last year, when a vision I had laid out in my 20’s intersected with a system I created.
Years ago, roughly 20 years ago, inspired by the work that Bill and Melinda Gates were and are doing in the Gates Foundation, to work for breakthroughs for humanity’s biggest challenges, I set a vision to one day be able to have an impact, and work for breakthroughs.
Early last year, I set out to create a breakthrough for myself in business, using AI, and in the process, I built a system to accelerate breakthroughs, enhance capability, and components of context continuity. A system with interworking parts designed to increase efficiency and speed time to insights. I used cross-domain insights I had been carrying for years, a series of methods I brought with me, many ones I created in real-time, architecture I created and a large volume of manual work (including manual orchestration), driven by passion and purpose, to experiment, shape, and build a system that got results. I’m proud of what I made, the results it created, and I’m enormously excited about what that work can potentially enable for others.
To that end, I am now extending my work in building across systems and will share more soon.
I’m sharing this post today to honor the people who inspired me, and in case it helps somebody else. You don’t always know how things will converge. For more on this topic, if you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to watch Steve Jobs’ commencement speech. He gives the example of a class in college that stuck with them and that led him to create a significant shift across the tech industry, and he didn’t know at the time (when he took the course) how the dots would connect later. This video is packed with wisdom and is extraordinary - linked in the comments.
If you have any founder videos to share, please drop them in the comments.
@eriktorenberg These are such great points. Sometimes the best path for you to race on is right ahead, that leverages more of you, what you bring, your creations, and what you can do going forward in teamwork, I’m so excited to build on my prior inventions and builds with new work and expand it in new ways and with awesome teams. The future is bright. #optimism pass it forward
You may be tempted to optimize for something or someone <high status>, but really when you think about what you want to do and who you want to surround yourself with, think about what/who you have deep true curiosity about, or what you feel is worthwhile even if it doesn’t work out or if no one else cared about it, or what feels like the truest manifestation of yourself.
