@DogUmwelt On leash is very different to off leash. Many dogs are reactive when leashed. Saying "it's natural, they're just saying hello" is simply not true when you have a leash involved.

@BlueSunSystems @ellle_em I am from the UK and had a cat that went outside there. Now I live in the US and have indoor only cats. In NYC (and most US cities) there are huge feral cat populations and a lot of diseases. Interestingly none of my 3 cats show any interest in going outside.
