I’ve spoken to customer service twice who aren’t helping at all.
Please can someone make contact before we fly in 2 weeks?
@easyJet tried to board my flight at 6.45 this morning, flight gate was displayed at 6.30 and gate is a 10 min walk. Denied boarding because gate was closed. Absolutely unbelievable. Flight due to take off at 7.15, didn’t take off until 7.30. How can you ruin peoples holidays?!?
@TUIUK how can this be rectified on the journey home? When asking others they had not paid for seats together either. I understand as a booking of 6 we might not be all on the same row but to split us throughout the flight with a 4 & 1 year old is totally appalling
@TUIUK horrendous flight. Booking 4 adults, 2 kids, totally separated, infant & adult at back alone, toddler and adult middle, 2 adults at front, seats 29, 14 and 2.
Flight wasn’t full there were several families of 4 spread over 6 seats.
Family friendly company- absolutely not

I booked a lodge on the 10th December for 14th March. Received an email today saying the lodge is no longer available. No offer of alternative accommodation, simply just a cancellation.

@virginmedia APPALLING UNTRUSTWORTHY service. charged for 3 weeks of internet- the services weren’t installed- virgin are refusing to refund the amount. 6 calls later and still not able to speak to a manager. They’ve stolen my money and won’t even engage formal complaints process
@virginmedia Install at a later date. You cancelled installation 3 times so there is also some compensation owed but your customer service team do not understand this. Again and again they relay incorrect information and don’t listen when I inform them of the correct information
Absolutely shocking @Ryanair I’m in HDU in hospital with my 2 year old being treated for sepsis so obviously cannot fly this weekend- tried to contact your customer service to change the dates and they have tried to charge a ridiculous change fee- absolutely no compassion!!
