New EMS workforce conflict research using @NREMT data!
In this analysis, Dr. Halia Melnyk evaluated 674 EMS clinicians’ descriptions of conflict exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Open Access: https://t.co/tH7bgfNjxp
More below! (1/5)
While a single source of conflict to intervene upon would be desirable, it is not practical. Active surveillance of EMS clinicians during public health emergencies may provide stakeholders with real-time data to design interventions to combat increased occupational stress.
