@EricTopol We are increasingly interested in multi cancer early detection. While data on PPV and NPV are not abundant, more and more data are supporting the use of molecular testing, eg Grail’s Galleri test.

@rshawnm From a public health perspective this is deeply concerning. Viruses, bacteria, heart attacks, cancer, etc do not care a bit about party affiliation. As physicians, how can we be ambassadors to heal this divide?

@WadePfau Having followed this issue I still remain confused. If Guyton suggests an initial withdrawal rate of over 5 percent yields a 95+% chance of portfolio survival why do others suggest a much lower withdrawal rate eg 3 %? Is this predicated on the current low yields high equity valu
