@Jason I find ChatGPT superior to review wireframes and designed then make them.
Check out https://t.co/oWwPwPoHRd. They’re in early access only but looks much more promising
@RampCapitalLLC Road trip Rwanda was a great book on the genocide there and how the country is coming back. Written by a travel journalist with good humor despite the subject. https://t.co/gBMwasgfsT
@thesamparr I'd highly recommend a VO2 max test. You'll be able to identify your Z2 (mine was 10-15bpm above guideline) and other zones and speed up progress. It's also great for benchmarking at the beginning of your running journey
@thesamparr@ramit In today's market (Montreal, Canada), you get much more for your money by renting. You can rent an apt for more than 30% cheaper total cost of ownership than if you own the identical apt.
@vkhosla@elonmusk@OpenAI Most of these examples were initially created as for-profit organizations and the families / owners rolled their equity in a foundation or non-profit, not the other way around.
@SahilBloom I did a VO2 max test last month and learned a to. Knowing my precise HR zones as opposed to the guesses of whoop and Apple Watch is and will be valuable moving forward in training. Highly recommend for anyone with a given goal
@thesamparr@NickBareFitness@SahilBloom@ShaanVP Incredible combo! thanks for doing this!
One key difference between the two seem to be supplements use as part of their nutrition, i'd love to hear the individual thoughts and discussion on this!
@preston_holland@SamIAmtheREMan I used to work in sales support for a private aircraft manufacturer, lots of CL350 and similar aircraft will layover in eastern canada, nova scotia or newfoundland, to cross over to europe after. Not ideal but feasible.
@SeanODowd15@rohindhar I would think that with a cooling market, they know it’ll be in the market for long so they keep it available for rental. It’s a complicated way to mark the portfolio if they list them all
@thesamparr I have a colleague who's wife does this. She had a corporate phone and a personal phone. She switched her personal phone to an LTE apple watch a few years ago. It allows her to always be available and for the bigger stuff uses ipad/computer instead.
