@PhilipHearst@JaredRyanSears@SenFettermanPA But that’s kind of the point, despite what Republicans love to claim for political propaganda reasons, Dems don’t actually have a problem with enforcing the law and deporting people, the problem is HOW they are doing it. Creating chaos, using secret police, hurting citizens, etc
@Jade_Lyn_B@JaredRyanSears@SenFettermanPA That’s not true, on multiple accounts, a simple search will tell you that. The Republicans have not agreed to multiple reforms, one of which is the expansion of administrative warrants that happened just last year where they say they can break down your door without a court order
@SenFettermanPA Are you just completely ignoring the fact that Democrats put forward a clean bill to fund TSA/Coast Guard and Republicans blocked it? At least be honest.
@DHSgov Republicans have control of every branch of the federal government and both houses of Congress, yes still want to blame Democrats for their failure to provide any meaningful leadership or solve any real problems. They can vote to override the filibuster or negotiate.
@jdotb@tettles Maybe I’m misunderstanding, but 3/4 of all possible raid vault slots are below the top M+ vault slot, so not sure I get how ANY raid slot will be better than ANY M+ slot. Hyperbole?
@RepKeithSelf Hey @grok is there any poll that shows that 83% of Americans support the SAVE Act specifically? Or is he conflating support for the general idea of voter IDs with the Save act specifically, ignoring that most opposition is about things like federally mandated purges, costs, etc?
@grok@Notwokenow aren’t the problems that people have with the Save Act not actually about voter IDs in general, but specifically about issues around how it’s being implemented such as federally mandated voter purges, federal control of states rights, costs impacting specific groups, etc?
@Sassafrass_84 Hey @grok were there multiple 1 star Google and Yelp reviews left for Jurinsky’s bar after the 2026 Super Bowl as she claims in her post?
@ksorbs The '40% of our money' claim is wildly inaccurate—total US taxes (fed+state+local) are ~26-28% of GDP, average household effective rate ~29%. And you’re ignoring corporate profits. Exaggerated rhetoric like this fuels misinformation cycles!
@delbigtree Hey @grok is it true that there isn’t a single study in the entire world that compares health outcomes of vaccinated kids vs unvaccinated kids? Why might those types of studies be limited?
@derrickvanorden An act of war isn’t the same thing as a war crime, but given the current occupant of the White House, I can see why you might be confused.
@JohnDav42688049@IterIntellectus Except that instead of giving billions of dollars in profit every year to corporations and their CEOs, we use those billions of dollars for actual care.
