A staggering number of David’s Psalms circle a single, relentless demand: that God annihilate the wicked, and do it quickly. The man who prayed them would not have survived the answer.
He asks God to break their teeth, drag them into the nets they hid for others, and strike with terrifying speed. When heaven moves too slowly, he presses again: Why do the wicked prosper? How long, O Lord?
At the time, David’s moral geometry was simple. He was a fugitive hiding in caves while King Saul hunted him with the machinery of an empire. In Adullam, the lines were clean. David was the righteous victim; his enemies were the oppressors; his prayers were the desperate cries of a man begging God to level an impossible playing field.
Then David got the throne. And the geometry collapsed.
From the palace balcony, he becomes the very archetype he had spent years cursing. He spots Bathsheba. He takes her. When she becomes pregnant, he writes a murder contract, forcing her husband, Uriah, to carry his own death sentence to the front lines. Uriah dies. David takes the widow.
Then came nearly a year in which Scripture records no confession, no repentance, and no confrontation. David lived under the comfortable presumption of sovereign immunity. He had become the powerful man who crushes the weak and assumed heaven didn’t notice.
When Nathan enters the throne room, he tells a story: a rich landowner with vast herds steals and slaughters a poor neighbor’s single, cherished pet lamb.
David’s prosecutorial instinct detonates. He flies into a rage and passes sentence: The man deserves to die, and must restore the lamb fourfold because he showed no pity.
Nathan looks at him and delivers the four words that should haunt anyone in love with their own moral outrage:
“You are the man.”
David had laid his own trap. He declared a death sentence on himself, and the fourfold restitution he demanded became the currency of his family’s destruction. Four of his sons died untimely deaths. The sword never left his house. The pit David dug was the pit he fell into.
The great theological irony of David’s life though is that if God had answered David’s earlier prayers at the speed he demanded, David would have been dead before Bathsheba’s child drew its first breath.
If heaven operated on the hair-trigger timeline of human indignation, judgment would have struck the palace the moment Uriah fell. David would never have made it to Nathan. No space to confront his depravity, no season to mourn, and no life left to utter, “I have sinned against the Lord,” no breath left to write Psalm 51.
The very slowness of God that David spent years complaining about was the only reason he survived his own reign.
The cry of “How long, O Lord?” is not foreign to Scripture. The martyrs beneath the altar in Revelation raise it too. What Scripture never grants us is a stopwatch on everyone’s guilt except our own.
We are recklessly impatient in our prayers for justice. When wronged, we demand cosmic vindication yesterday. We treat God’s hesitation as indifference, or worse, incompetence.
We forget that if God answered our prayers for judgment with the speed we demand for others, none of us would survive our hypocrisy. The standard we want applied to our enemies would incinerate us when our private failures catch up with our public righteousness.
The delay of God is mercy with a long horizon: the terrifying, tender patience of a God who refuses to execute the wicked on our schedule because He intends to leave room for repentance on His.
Before you ask heaven to move fast against the evil in front of you, make sure you can survive the speed of your own theology.

Morgan Freeman was not wrong when he said, 'Become a man who can face a breakup, lose a job, deal with debt, and still say, "God is with me; I’ll figure it out."'
Good morning from Galilee.
I have good news and bad news.
Let’s start with the bad so we can end on a better note.
Both in Israel and America, the stolen election results have emboldened the Islamists and globalists. This will become a catalyst for some crazy moves on their side - and paralyzing fear on the other.
In Israel, the head of the Shin Bet - our equivalent of the FBI - reportedly said behind closed doors that what Hamas did to us as a nation on October 7, foreign interference in the October 27 elections did to our democracy. Our parliament was hijacked by Islamists through fraud and bribery.
If you think the elections in America were kosher, I have some ice to sell to the Eskimos.
In almost every state, the numbers simply don’t add up.
They tell you that Republicans voted for Democrats to punish the current administration. I don’t buy it. Republicans showed up and voted, but the number of new voters on the other side defied logic and common sense.
The bad news is that they may already begin threatening to block the current administration from making any move they disagree with. They are already threatening subpoenas and investigations because they know the judicial branch is totally compromised and the media is on their side, too.
America has changed forever. In my view, this was a victory for foreign agents of chaos. They have no interest in America or what it stands for. Their goal is to bring down the West and create a new world order - a move the Islamists will use to advance their vision of an Islamized world.
And once they finish using the useful idiots on the left, they will turn on them, just as the Islamic regime in Iran turned on its former revolutionary allies.
Now, let’s move to the good news:
There is hope.
You can find joy.
You can find love.
You can live with a much higher purpose.
You can be ready to be taken to a better place.
Your eyes can be opened to the truth.
Your life can be transformed.
You can do all things through Him who strengthens you.
You can know Him through His Word and have His Spirit dwelling within you!
His name is Yeshua - “Salvation.” When He came into the world, elderly Simeon took Him in his arms and said:
“For my eyes have seen Your salvation
Which You have prepared before the face of all peoples,
A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles,
And the glory of Your people Israel.”
• Luke 2:30-32
Jesus is the glory of His people Israel and the only way for Gentiles to have their eyes opened to know and believe in the only true God - the God of Israel!
Jews don’t need to become Gentiles.
Gentiles don’t need to become Jews.
Both need to be born again!
Jews must return to the Word of God and stop idolizing rabbinical interpretations. Christians must do the same: return to the Bible and its literal interpretation, abandoning the writings and theologies of church fathers wherever they are tainted by antisemitism.
As the world grows darker, our light should shine even brighter!
Every global crisis should draw us closer to the God who created this world and farther from the evil one whom Scripture calls “the god of this age.”
Committed to Teaching His Word and Awaiting His Soon Return,
Amir

Saving faith doesn’t lead to perfect obedience. It leads to a capacity to regret sin and seek forgiveness. The life of a Christian is repentance and faith, again and again.
GLP-1 receptor agonists are among the most effective treatments for obesity and other metabolic disorders. With widespread use of these drugs, it has become clear that their effects go well beyond health conditions traditionally linked to metabolism, affecting multiple other organ systems, particularly the brain.
Continued research in this field has also expanded beyond the GLP-1 receptor as a target, with the development of additional drugs and combinations to help optimize patient care.

It should be difficult to tell a divorced believer that they cannot remarry, just because the Bible says so. It's quite easy to say it to someone else if you are not divorced, and have had to live without a lifemate.
" 'All things are lawful', you say, but not all things are expedient." The Bible says.
There's a measure of life experience you get in Christ that makes you more temperate, more quiet, more cautious in speech and judgement.
If your life is perfect in one aspect, you should be thankful for God's mercy and be slow to cast aspersions on the other person found wanting in that area.
The race is never to the strong or most intelligent. It is God who shows mercy and preserves
The same God who judged Adam and Eve, is the same One who made clothes to cover their nakedness.
Remember that is God you identify with.
We’ve spent years as the actual Arab Muslim begging the West to ban the Muslim Brotherhood for how extreme their ideology is, and suddenly Abdul just wins in USA ..
WTH 😂😂
Here's why the world is heading into chaos. And it all comes down to misunderstanding one single thing.
Human nature.
That's it. No PhD required. You just need to have met a human being once in your life.
But no. Part of the left decided humans were Play-Doh. That if you explained loudly enough that property is bad, ambition is suspicious and the state knows better than you what you want, people would say thank you.
Spoiler: they didn't say thank you.
Collectivism has been tested pretty much everywhere. USSR, Cuba, Venezuela, France's "just one more tax" edition. Same result every time. But careful, that was never real collectivism. Real collectivism is coming next attempt, pinky promise.
The French working class figured it out before everyone else. Factories closed, cardboard promises, contempt on top. So they left.
Moment of truth for the left. Option A: question yourself. Option B: find a new electorate.
Guess which one.
So they made a deal with political Islam. Not with Muslims quietly living their faith, but with organized Islamist ideology. The same ideology Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Jordan have banned at home. Fun little detail: Muslim countries consider the Muslim Brotherhood too dangerous for themselves, but somehow it's perfectly acceptable at a campaign rally in the Paris suburbs.
Then we're told integration is working great. It just needs a bit more funding. Forty years and billions of euros in urban programs later, it still just needs a bit more funding. Weird.
And to spice things up, we import a conflict from 4,000 kilometers away. Israel-Palestine becomes a local election issue. Nothing calms down an already fractured country like grafting on the most explosive war on the planet. Genius.
All of this to avoid saying one single sentence: "We were wrong about human nature."
The funniest part, well, the least funny part, is the timing. We are this close to the biggest revolution in history. AI, robotics and abundant energy could make almost everything free, lift billions out of poverty and open up an incredible future for everyone.
But that future has one condition: free societies. Societies where the individual matters more than the tribe, where you can build, criticize and innovate without asking permission. In other words, Western civilization. The only one that has ever really protected that.
And it might be dying. Not from an invasion, not from a war, not from an asteroid. From a misunderstanding of what a human being is.
Civilizational collapse by excess of arrogance. Future historians are going to love this one.
"The Chosen"- who benefits?
When a show prioritizes seven seasons of television, it sells emotional relatability instead of truth. Most people tune in thinking they are watching the Bible brought to life.
What you are actually watching is a modern TV show that relies on over 80% creative fiction. To keep a multi-million dollar production enterprise running across 50 hours of television, a writers' room has to invent dozens of hours of non-biblical drama out of thin air.
Season 6 takes the events of a single 24-hour period, from the Last Supper to the crucifixion, and turns it into an entire season of television.
Season 7 will attempt to turn brief post-Resurrection passages into eight full hours of content.
They fill the screen with fake backstories, psychological trauma, invented marital fights, and political subplots that never existed in scripture.
They gave Matthew a modern clinical diagnosis. They wrote a storyline where Mary Magdalene backslides into gambling and alcohol. They even wrote scenes where Jesus sits down with Matthew to outline and edit the Sermon on the Mount, as if God Almighty needed a human proofreader.
The real danger isn't just the invented filler. It’s the deliberate downgrade of the Son of God.
Scripture reveals a holy, majestic King who commands total awe and repentance. This show strips all of that away, replacing the living Word with a casual friend who dances at parties, cracks self-deprecating jokes, and acts unsure of his own ministry.
Why do this? Because modern culture hates absolute divine authority.
