@united flight UA 394 (BNA to EWR) has been trapped on the runway at EWR for over an hour. We have been told there are no gates available at all for us to deplane, and given no timeline for a resolution. Please help. We are being held hostage on Christmas Day.

Ok @united almost at the 3 hour mark which is the legal limit that we can be held on tarmac. This is without doubt the worst airline experience I’ve ever had.

Yo @united you canceled my flight tonight and I never received a phone call, email, or notification of any kind. I only found this out by googling the flight # as I arrived at LAX. Waited 30 mins on hold trying to rebook and finally gave up. Unacceptable.
