@DrMorganLevine It’s taken me 26+ years to come up with habits that support the science. My hope is people can circumvent some of that time by using my routine as a starting point - and story as motivation.
@DrMorganLevine If I could I’d hope they’d focus on the fact that my experience only helps to solidify the real movers in biological aging as you so eloquently spell out in True Age: diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, toxin mitigation and connection to others.
@DrMorganLevine@DrMorganLevine I don’t disagree with you. In fact I’d take issue with OP saying I’m “reinventing the science of aging.” I’m only putting into practice all the unsexy (and nearly free) parts of healthy biological aging. Unfortunately I can’t control how people use my story.
Here’s an interesting fact: U.S. adults prefer to live a shorter, healthier life over a longer one with health issues. What if I told you we could do longer and healthier combined?
I had the honor of speaking with @AngelaSFoster on her incredible podcast, High Performance Health. What a great conversation! Have a listen:

@siimland@SlowMyAge Happy to break down any details with you and answer any questions. (I’m quite new to X so still sorting out how to use this platform. I’m usually on IG if anyone wants a faster reply address is at juliegibsonclark over there 😀)
@ThomasFranzTF@SlowMyAge@bryan_johnson@WSJ Agreed. It’s a lot to ask someone pay $229 a test and repeat every 3 months only to potentially have the rules be changed again.
Periodontal pathogens are also linked to other chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes
These pathogens can modulate the immune system and cause chronic low-grade inflammation, increasing inflammation systemically through the nervous system
