While he’s posting political endorsements, @FDACS has nothing warning farmers on its social media accounts and no press release on its website.

Endorsements won’t stop this pest. Florida needs an Agriculture Commissioner focused on protecting farmers, not rezoning farmland for developers.

Florida keeps paying to spray herbicides into our waterways while giving millions in tax breaks to data centers.

Here’s a better idea:
Cut funding for Flock cameras.
Fund mechanical harvesting instead.
Offer tax incentives to businesses that turn invasive aquatic plants into fertilizer, livestock feed, and other useful products.
