@marksandspencer can you tell me after a cyber incident where I’ve been mailed to reset my password you are still sending links! Worst of all when I login from a browser your password reset option send you a mail and tells you to click a link DUMB!#protectcustomers

@HiveHelper hi the hive app is messing up schedules and days, it’s always a day out now so today it thought it was Monday the temperatures are not updating as per schedule and I have to faff around with it. I’ve rebooted the router and the hive hub, I’ve reinstalled the app iOS

@myenergiuk The government was never serious, as a Solar, Battery (Libbi!) and EV owner with a Zappi we had to make a conscious choice to invest a large chunk of our savings, so many people can’t, the grid needs serious expansion and so does the charging network. Targets were impossible.

@BMW_UK I appreciate there are logistic and supply chain challenges but I put a deposit down last December for a I4 M50 and have been informed it’s going to be 2023 now, is it BMW’s strategy to let Tesla continue to be the market leader? It’s hard to stay a loyal customer!

@bppulseuk Do not buy a home charger from this company, waited over 3 months for a date, had the job aborted, because even though the house is new significant electrical work required, not picked up in their survey process, lost ev grant as a result of the wait. #ripoff

@Dominos_UK store in Overton in meltdown, people in store waiting over an hour not how I want to spend my Friday night! You can’t cancel the store is not allowed to refund, shocking management, not the fault of the team not coping!
