I’m looking to hire 2 PMs, who I can offer:
- Legit ownership of top-level business metrics.
- Work directly with the co-founder in a small team within a product-led company.
-Post-PMF, profitable & scaling startup at the intersection of AI & Health & Fitness.

What retention metrics matter?
@jventi & the @FitbodApp team thinks about 3 levels of retention: Subscription, Cancelation & Workout retention.
"Workout retention" measures feature engagement based on their ideal core customer.
What retention metric do you track?

Check out this awesome recap of our epic summer onsite! 😎☀️ It's not every day we get to see each other in person as a remote company, but when we do, we make unforgettable memories! #companyculture#teamwork
@nlevin This isn’t strictly keto, though consider googling “Resistant Starch” and weight loss. I tried out this product called supergut - it was pretty good “satiety-wise” for a meal replacement shake, though I didn’t stick with it. (congrats on the engagement & wedding!)
Nailing down a level playing field to compare strength is tough for a variety of reasons (differences in experience, body type, measurement etc).
Though, we’ve developed a muscle strength score which levels you against the @FitbodApp population and, separately, we calculate an estimated strength score for every exercise we support (a theoretical 1 rep max, which also reflects your exercise consistency and decays if you take time off). Our plan is to leverage these scores in a future social use case very similar to what you described. Also working on movement pattern strength (push, pull, squat, etc).

Better exposing how the app personalizes within the new user experience is a clear positioning gap we’re working on. It’s a super common pattern in our non-converter qual. When we just pitch what’s happening under the hood in these interviews, participants who didn’t convert after a couple workouts realize our solution nails their problem and are totally bought in.
In the latest episode of the @SubClubHQ podcast, @drbarnard & @jeiting talk to @jventi about the lessons learnt from building the $20M ARR app business, @FitbodApp.
And where should you start? With a maniacal focus on product retention...

For over a year, people have argued that “SaaS is dead.”
Multiple compression, zombie unicorns, and hesitant investors have people believing the good times are over. They are dead wrong. SaaS is about to enter its best period yet.
How? It's simple: going multi-product.
Recently gave @FitbodApp a try and am super impressed with the app and all the little touches, like this fun and motivating monthly workout summary. (This is a mix of exercise not tracked in Fitbod, so not completely accurate.) Great work @jventi, @allenchen1217, and team!
Earlier this week you got the chance to review and reflect on your commitment to your health.
Today, we celebrate what we achieved as a community chasing our fitness goals.
