Because there is only one God. And by making Jesus God you break the first commandment. Jesus tells us his Father is the ONLY true God.
With a hierarchy between Jesus and God you won't break the first commandment. Jesus tells us he is the "Son of God" - it doesnt need reinterpretation.

What authority did John the Baptist have? What authority did Jesus have? Are you and your church behaving like the Pharisees, Scribes and Chief Priests that questioned the authority of Jesus and John the baptist?

Pt 1 is correct with this distinction. God the Father ALONE created the heavens and the earth
Pt 2 you completely misunderstand. For instance read the source text for Hebrews 8,9 is from Psalms 45 Hebrews 10-12 is from Psalms 102 and you are combining them. 45 is about the Son, the anointed one, the coming messiah and 102 is about God, the Father, the creator of heaven and earth.

"There God, YOUR GOD, has anointed you.."

Psalms 45 and Hebrews 1:9 prove that Jesus has a God and this completely destroys the concept of a coeternal, coequal trinity.

Further, In the very first verse of Hebrews 1 we learn that God spoke through Jesus. If the writer thought Jesus was God this would not be worded this way. It might say something like "In times past God spoke through prophets but in these last days he spoke to us himself."
