Our findings @NatureCellBio suggest a role for lncRNA-protein condensates in transcriptional regulation. We show that a lncRNA promotes the nucleation of bromodomain protein condensates on active chromatin and control their transcriptional activity.

WayBio is at #SIMBAM2026 this week, exhibiting our DNA foundry platform. If you want to see how our foundry is helping protein engineering teams build DNA variant libraries, or if you're running enzyme engineering programs of your own, come find us in the exhibit hall.
We're WayBio, a DNA foundry based in Cambridge, MA. We've built platform technology that lets us generate variants of large genes without resynthesizing them. Engineering a large gene or enzyme? Let's talk.
@kischober @SciImmunology Any hypothesis on whether the difference in antigen expression kinetics of mRNA and Adenovirus vaccines can contribute to class switching?
🚨!!!Preprint Alert!!!🚨 I am super-delighted to share our work co-led with @adrianobolondi describing the discovery and characterization of a novel lncRNA, LNCSOX17, a key regulator of human definitive endoderm. #Meissner Lab @MPI_MolGen. A🧵1/11 https://t.co/RbO2tRJLID
New preprint! How do you insert large genes efficiently + programmatically? CRISPR-based methods are programmable, integrases are efficient. Why not combine them?
PASTE places short (~45bp) integrase landing sites that serve as beacons for insertion (up to 36kb)!
@omarabudayyeh
Any suggestions for a high-yield T7 IVT kit that makes 5'-capped, 3'-poylA tailed mRNA with modified nucleotides (e.g. 5mCTP, ψUTP) to avoid cell immune response?
I wonder what type of biases and discriminations this algorithm is going to reinforce. Also, reminds me of this good book on a related topic: https://t.co/v1bttUJcO0
A machine-learning model can be used to predict the future “impact” of research published in scientific literature, according to a @NatureBiotech paper. The model could aid in the construction of diversified, impact-optimized funding portfolios. https://t.co/SX592OYIsj
Glad to share our latest paper on a new role of RNA in homologous recombination. Thanks to members of my team and our collaborators! RNA transcripts stimulate homologous recombination by forming DR-loops | Nature https://t.co/KrqQbLCpBD
@CurtisRFrench@SSarabipour@AdrianoAguzzi Preprints are not just for citations. You can actually “read” and “evaluate” a preprint without the help of a peer reviewer or an editor.
