To honor Those who Sacrificed their lives 77 years ago, D- Day, a 7.7 mile Ruck out to the beach, playing of Taps, prayer, a bottle of sand from the beaches of Normandy, w/ a fitting end at "Unconditional Surrender" on the 6:30am mark, the "H-Hour" when the Invasion took place.

This am, I was privilagged to hand over the Shovel Flag to our new Nantan of F3 Suncoast, "Ripken" & to his new SLT. It has been an Honor to serve as Nantan for The Suncoast. I know I've made an impact on the Suncoast, but I hoped I've made just a little impact on each of you

@chiphill4 @Bing_F3 @jvroseborough @GrowRuck @F3Suncoast Actually 10lbs, give me some credit, however, w/ several smaller plates, I can + or - lbs & rearrange to accomodate the task at hand. While some were laughing at mine & thought having the larger plate was impressive, they soon realized their 30lb minimum obligation.
