@mxstbr @benjaminsehl Schema section tags are limited to 6 options like div, header etc. Can you add a null feature (like blocks) and section.attributes for editor customization? Use case: adding head tag customizations since these elements are void for head.

@benjaminsehl Can we get a way to add "tag": null  to section schema? this removes extra wrapper over section markup. Is it added for drag and drop in Theme Customizer or Section rendering api? Can it be solved by adding a {{ section.attributes }}  on the element in section?
