زمینی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اگر اب تک گورنر راج نہیں لگا تھا تو اس کی وجہ پیپلزپارٹی تھی کیونکہ پیپلزپارٹی پوری کوشش کر رہی تھی کہ گورنر راج کے بغیر کوئی حل نکل آئے لیکن پی ٹی آئی کی ڈھٹائی کی وجہ سے اب اگر گورنر راج لگ گیا ہے تو اس کی ذمہ دار پی ٹی آئی ہے۔۔۔۔

وفاقی کابینہ کی منظور شدہ ایمرجنسی ایڈوائس وزیراعظم کی جانب سے صدر مملکت کو بھیجی گئی جسے صدر مملکت آئینی طور پر مسترد نہیں کر سکتے۔ دوسری بات بطور جماعت پیپلزپارٹی ایمرجنسی کے بارے اپنے تحفظات کا اظہار کر چکی ہے۔
بلوچستان میں گورنر راج بھی حکومت کی جانب سے دہشت گردی سے نمٹنے میں ناکامی کے بعد پیپلزپارٹی کے وزیراعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف کی ایڈوائس پر پیپلزپارٹی کی اپنی صوبائی حکومت اور وزیراعلی کے خلاف لگایا گیا تھا اور پیپلزپارٹی نے اپنی صوبائی حکومت کی قربانی دی تھی۔
اس سے پہلے پنجاب میں لگنے والا گورنر راج وزیراعلی کی عدالتی نااہلی کے بعد لگایا گیا تھا جو وزیراعلی کے عدالت سے ہی اہل ہونے کے بعد ختم ہو گیا تھا۔۔۔

کہا جاتا ہے کہ نیکی کر دریا میں ڈال لیکن کچھ نیکیاں ایسی ہوتی ہیں جو بتانا ضروری ہوتی ہیں تاکہ دوسروں میں بھی تحریک پیدا ہو۔
سندھ حکومت نے اس معاملے میں کبھی مایوس نہیں کیا۔ کچھ سال پہلے اولمپئین نوید عالم کو کینسر تشخیص ہوا، شوکت خانم والوں نے کہا کہ چالیس لاکھ جمع کراؤ پھر علاج شروع ہو گا۔ نوید عالم کی بیٹی کی ٹوئیٹر پر اپیل دیکھ کر میں نے اس وقت کے مشیر قانون سندھ مرتضیٰ وہاب صاحب @murtazawahab1 سے رابطہ کیا جنہوں نے صرف ایک دن میں وزیراعلی مراد علی شاہ صاحب سے منظوری لے کر چالیس لاکھ کا بندوبست کر دیا۔ بدقسمتی سے نوید عالم اس موذی بیماری سے جانبر نہ ہو سکے تو ان کی وفات کے بعد میں نے ایک دفعہ پھر مرتضیٰ وہاب صاحب سے رابطہ کیا جنہوں نے فوری طور پر چالیس لاکھ میں سے بچ جانے والی رقم تقریبا 32 لاکھ کا چیک بنوا کر نوید عالم مرحوم کی فیملی کو بھجوا دیا۔
مرتضیٰ وہاب صاحب کی یہ نیکی کبھی بھلائی نہیں جا سکتی۔

Zardari and China Relations: A Story of Strategic Partnership

Pakistan China relations are often described as an iron brotherhood but when it comes to the political leaders who helped deepen and stabilize this relationship Asif Ali Zardari’s name stands out prominently During his presidency Pakistan China ties not only continued on a steady path but also laid down important foundations for future economic and strategic cooperation

Zardari assumed office at a time when Pakistan was facing serious challenges including terrorism economic instability and political uncertainty In such a difficult environment China emerged as one of Pakistan’s most reliable and consistent partners The Zardari administration did not limit relations with China to diplomatic formalities instead it actively worked to transform them into economic cooperation energy development and infrastructure growth

One of the most important developments during this period was the growing strategic importance of Gwadar Port Although the China Pakistan Economic Corridor CPEC was formally launched later the early groundwork and strategic vision for regional connectivity were significantly shaped during Zardari’s tenure The transfer of operational control of Gwadar Port to a Chinese company in 2013 is widely seen as a key milestone that strengthened China’s role in Pakistan’s long term economic planning

Zardari’s personal diplomatic engagement with China also played an important role He visited China multiple times and maintained direct communication with its top leadership These interactions were not merely ceremonial they focused on investment opportunities energy cooperation transportation infrastructure and broader economic collaboration As a result China continued to expand its footprint in Pakistan during a period when Pakistan urgently needed external support

Energy cooperation was another major area of focus Pakistan was facing severe electricity shortages and widespread load shedding at the time The Zardari government actively encouraged Chinese investment in the energy sector including power generation projects and early discussions on coal based energy development particularly in Thar While many of these projects were completed in later years their initial planning and agreements were initiated during this period

Defense cooperation also remained strong between the two countries Joint projects military training programs and technology transfers continued to enhance mutual trust The JF 17 Thunder fighter jet program is often cited as a major symbol of Pakistan China defense collaboration showcasing how both countries worked together to strengthen Pakistan’s defense capabilities

However this relationship has also faced criticism Some analysts argue that several agreements with China lacked transparency and may have placed long term financial pressure on Pakistan Questions have been raised about loan conditions project costs and profit sharing mechanisms Critics also debate whether the benefits of these projects have fully reached the general population

Despite such concerns China provided Pakistan with a stable diplomatic and economic alternative during a time of shifting global alliances Especially when relations with Western countries fluctuated China remained a consistent and dependable partner Zardari’s era contributed to maintaining this balance by ensuring that Pakistan diversified its international relationships instead of relying on a single bloc

In today’s rapidly changing geopolitical environment China’s role in global economics and regional connectivity has become even more significant Initiatives like the Belt and Road Initiative have further increased Pakistan’s strategic importance In this context the foundations laid during earlier governments including Zardari’s tenure continue to shape Pakistan’s foreign and economic policy direction

اب بلوچستان میں بھی سندھ کی طرح دل کے مریضوں کا مفت علاج کر کے بلوچستان کو تباہ کیا جائے گا۔
