@British_Airways thank you to your air crew on yesterday’s flight from MAD-LHR and making it so smooth for me and my little one. Travelling with a little one is never easy, but your crew always do make the most wonderful effort. Loved the logbook signed by the captain!

Called @thomasthebaker to send cake for the patients + staff @SLHYork in memory of @Natalie2102 for daughter's 1st birthday. When I asked for the cost, they said they would donate it! I was in tears at the kindness of their gesture! Next time you need cake please go to them!

@SixtUK just arrived at Heathrow with 11 week old at night, confirmed car seat in Sixt Ride booking - £120 to central. Got a Maxi Cosi Priori which is for babies over 9 months! Driver was dismissive, belittling, said it was our choice:( Disappointed. Didn’t take it of course.
