We’re hiring! Looking for a PhD student interested in brain development and cancer to join our team at the UMC Utrecht @NeuroscienceT. An exciting collaboration with @Lena_Kutscher at the DKFZ in Heidelberg. Please reach out with questions! https://t.co/EA6CT5OK0v
Super proud to see our human neurodevelopmental atlas of chromatin accessibility out in nature! Thank you to @slinnarsson@MJ_Schipper@DPosthu and @ReagorCaleb, as well as the KI hospital and Cambridge University for a very joyful collaboration. https://t.co/S2Co6Wcthr
Whole, healthy human brain data is now on the ABC Atlas!
Dataset incl. 3 million+ cells sampled from dissections from adult donors. Samples underwent snRNA sequencing and were clustered and categorized by neurotransmitter, region, and more.

Very excited to share our work on human brain epigenetics, which is on bioRxiv now https://t.co/nMGlguuTO9. Huge thanks to my colleagues in Ecker Lab and Ed Lein, @slinnarsson, Bing Ren, Marga Behrens, and many others!
So excited that our work is on bioRxiv! BIG thanks to my colleagues from Dr. Bing Ren’s lab and @CEpigenomics. A really fun collaboration with @shangjingbo@JoeEcker, Marga Behrens, @slinnarsson, Trygve Bakken, Ed Lein and many others!
A super cool dataset! Exciting to see so much primate data the last couple weeks. Marmoset here from @fennamk and others, macaque from @kchiou@XingfanH and others! https://t.co/ftdnTWLrQr
Excited to present our new preprint! We sequenced 2.4 million marmoset brain cell nuclei across major neocortical and subcortical structures. Here’s what we learned.

Excited to share the single-cell adult #macaque brain atlas—our contribution to a big week of #brainatlas preprints! W/ @XingfanH, @MichaelLouisPl1, @JShendure, & @SMack_Lab—we profiled 4.2M nuclei across 30 regions from females+males. Here’s what we found https://t.co/vffQ5vanXf
Excited to share our cell atlas of early human brain development! @MiriDanan@slinnarsson Thanks to all, especially: @LarsBorm, Elin Vinsland, Lijuan Hu, Peter Lönnerberg, @ka_wai_rine@ErnestArenasSWE, Xiaoling He, Roger Barker, Xiaofei Li, Erik Sundström

Links to code and data are available here: https://t.co/N5oKsSD89z. We are also working to release a browsable version of the dataset, which we hope you will enjoy as much as we have. Feedback welcome!
Altogether our study highlights enormous challenges ahead of the neuroscience community, as we aim to understand the unique assemblies of neurons and glia that populate each brain region.
