We trust that these principles will be upheld without exception and that the law will be applied equally to all.

Under Sections 38(1) and 38(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013, the District Collector can take possession of land only after completing the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) process for the affected land-losers.

However, although the lands belonging to the displaced landowners of Krishnampalem village were handed over to Action TESA Company on 06.06.2025, the Rehabilitation and Resettlement benefits mandated under the Act have not been provided to them to date. This action is in clear violation of the provisions of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013, and constitutes a blatant breach of the law.

Therefore, we request that immediate legal action be initiated against the District Collector of Anakapalli and the Deputy Zonal Manager of APIIC, who are responsible for this violation of the law.

Further, despite the affected landowners bringing this violation to the attention of the Hon'ble MLA and requesting that action be taken against the officials responsible, the matter was ignored. Instead, on 08.06.2025, MLA Shri Sundarapu Vijay Kumar inaugurated the commencement of the construction works of Action TESA Company. We therefore request that appropriate legal action also be taken against the Hon'ble MLA in accordance with law. #EqualRights

​కాకినాడలో ధ్వంసమైన మడ అడవుల పర్యావరణ వ్యవస్థను పునరుద్ధరించాలని, అలాగే మూసుకుపోయిన ఉప్పునీటి ప్రవాహ కాలువలను పునర్నిర్మించాలని NGT స్పష్టమైన ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది. ​గత ప్రభుత్వం వీటి పునరుద్ధరణ మరియు పునర్జీవనం కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా ₹5 కోట్ల మధ్యంతర పర్యావరణ పరిహారాన్ని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కోస్టల్ జోన్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ అథారిటీ (APCZMA) ఖాతాలో జమ చేసింది.

​ఖాతాలో నిధులు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ, క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో సదరు ప్రాంతంలో పునరుద్ధరణ పనులు ఇప్పటికీ పెండింగ్‌లోనే ఉన్నాయి.
​తీరప్రాంత పొడవునా మీరు కొత్త మడ మొక్కలు నాటడం ఎంతో అభినందనీయం.

కానీ అక్రమంగా ధ్వంసమైన మడ మొక్కల పునరుద్ధరించడం అనేది ఇప్పుడు అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత కలిగిన విషయం.

​రాబోయే కోర్టు సమీక్షకు ముందే ఈ ప్రభుత్వం NGT ఆదేశాలను క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో అమలు చేసి, కోర్టు ధిక్కార చర్యలను నివారిస్తుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాను.

I request the Hon'ble Minister for Environment Shri @PawanKalyan garu to kindly resume and complete the restoration of Kakinada’s mangroves in accordance with the orders issued by the National Green Tribunal in OA No. 65/2020.

​The NGT has given clear directives to restore the destroyed mangrove ecosystem in Kakinada and to reconstruct the blocked tidal creeks.

The previous government deposited an interim environmental compensation of ₹5 Crores into the account of the Andhra Pradesh Coastal Zone Management Authority (APCZMA), specifically earmarked for their restoration and rejuvenation.

​Despite the funds being readily available in the account, ground-level restoration work in that specific area remains pending.
​While planting new mangrove saplings along the coastline is highly commendable, restoring the illegally destroyed mangroves is the highest priority right now.

​I hope this government implements the NGT’s directions on the ground before the upcoming court review to avoid Contempt of Court proceedings.

@IPS_Association Regardless of which political party is in power, the law must apply equally to everyone. Whether the person is a politician, a government official, or an ordinary citizen, all are equal before the law.

When an ordinary citizen peacefully protests to defend their rights, the police quickly invoke legal provisions and register FIRs, citing a lack of permission. The law is enforced strictly and without delay.

But when government officials violate the law, take away the lands of poor people, destroy their livelihoods, and demolish their homes without providing the legally mandated rehabilitation and resettlement, where do those laws disappear?

Do the police no longer remember the law then? Do those in power no longer remember the Constitution?

When a poor person makes a mistake, action is immediate.
When an official violates the law, there is silence.

Is this democracy?

@ncbn @PawanKalyan @naralokesh @vijaysundarapu గారు, రైతులకు మెరుగైన ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తామని, కుటుంబాల భవిష్యత్తును బాగు చేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చి మా పంట భూములు, ఇల్లు స్థలాలు తీసుకున్నారు. వేలాది కుటుంబాలకు ఉపాధి, లక్షలాది మందికి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కలుగుతాయని చెప్పారు.

ఇప్పుడు మా భూములపైనే నిర్మాణం చేపడుతున్న @action_tesa కంపెనీ యాజమాన్యం, ఉద్యోగాలు అడిగితే 45 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వారికే అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తామని చెబుతోంది.

మరి 45 సంవత్సరాలు దాటిన రైతులు, వ్యవసాయ కార్మికులు, భూములు కోల్పోయిన కుటుంబ పెద్దలు ఏమి చేసుకొని జీవించాలి?

మా భూములు తీసుకోకపోయి ఉంటే, వయస్సుతో సంబంధం లేకుండా మేము వ్యవసాయం చేసుకొని మా కుటుంబాలను పోషించుకునేవాళ్లం కాదా?

భూములు పోయాయి...
జీవనాధారం పోయింది...
పునరావాసం పూర్తిగా లేదు...
శాశ్వత ఉపాధి లేదు...

అయితే మాకు వాగ్దానం చేసిన "మెరుగైన జీవనోపాధి" ఎక్కడ ఉంది?

ఉపాధి కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పి భూములు తీసుకొని, ఇప్పుడు వయస్సు పేరుతో ఉద్యోగాలకు అనర్హులమని చెప్పడం న్యాయమా?

మా భూముల ద్వారా పరిశ్రమలు లాభాలు పొందుతున్నప్పుడు, ఆ భూములు త్యాగం చేసిన రైతు కుటుంబాలకు కనీస జీవన భద్రత, ఉపాధి హక్కు కల్పించాల్సిన బాధ్యత లేదా?

మా ప్రశ్న చాలా సులభం: భూములు తీసుకున్నప్పుడు ఇచ్చిన ఉపాధి హామీలు ఎక్కడ?

పునరావాసం లేకుండా, ఉపాధి లేకుండా, జీవనాధారం లేకుండా చేసిన తరువాత, మా కుటుంబాలు ఎలా బతకాలో ప్రభుత్వం మరియు కంపెనీ ప్రజలకు సమాధానం చెప్పాలి.

భూములు కోల్పోయిన రైతులను అభివృద్ధికి బలిపశువులుగా చూడవద్దు. అభివృద్ధి అంటే ప్రజల జీవితాలు మెరుగుపడాలి గానీ, వారి జీవనాధారాలు నాశనం కావడం కాదు.

✅ Ensuring the displaced receive the equal justice guaranteed by the Constitution.

అయితే, ఆ భూములు మరియు ఇల్లు స్థలాలు కోల్పోయిన నిర్వాసితులకు ఇప్పటికీ పునరావాసం కల్పించబడలేదు. తమ భూములు, ఇళ్లు త్యాగం చేసి 19 సంవత్సరాలు గడిచినా నిర్వాసితులు న్యాయం కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న విషయం మీకు తెలిసి కూడా ఆ కార్యక్రమంలో ఎందుకు పాల్గొన్నారు?

అలాగే, భూమి పూజ జరిగిన వెంటనే కంపెనీ నిర్మాణ పనులు ప్రారంభించడానికి అవసరమైన అనుమతులు మంజూరయ్యాయి. ఆ ప్రక్రియ మీకు తెలియకుండా జరిగిందా?

కంపెనీ పనులు ప్రారంభించి దాదాపు 10 నెలలు గడుస్తున్నప్పటికీ, స్థానిక నిర్వాసితులకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించకపోగా, వారిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేసారు. ఈ విషయాలు మీ దృష్టికి రాలేదా?

Respected Shri @ncbn, @PawanKalyan garu, You have repeatedly assured the people of Andhra Pradesh that "no one who violates the law will be spared." If that commitment truly applies to everyone, then why is the same standard not being upheld in the case of the displaced residents of @Krishnampalem village, who sacrificed their lands, homes, and livelihoods for the development of the state?

The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) was enacted to protect the rights and dignity of affected families. Yet, despite clear legal obligations, the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) measures due to our displaced residents remain incomplete.

If government officials have acted in violation of the law, why has no action been taken against the Anakapalli District Collector and the APIIC officials responsible for these decisions?

Article 14 of the Constitution of India guarantees equality before the law and equal protection of the laws to every citizen. The law must apply equally to all, regardless of whether the person involved is poor or rich, a politician or a government official.

Why then are the rights of our poor displaced residents being ignored?

Why does the law appear to be enforced strictly against ordinary citizens, while officials who are entrusted with implementing the law face no accountability?

Why are the families who made sacrifices for the state's development still waiting for justice?

Justice delayed is justice denied. The displaced residents of Krishnampalem are not asking for special treatment. We are only asking for what the law guarantees and what the Constitution promises fairness, equality, accountability, and justice. 🙏
