@EE I’m trying to upgrade my phone via the website but when I get to the checkout the handset has changed from the one I added??? Good job I noticed before completing the order!!!!!😮 I don’t think I’ve EVER used the EE website and it’s actually worked!😣

@EE It was for all the 128gb & 256gb iPhone 13 Pro handsets - they all default to Graphite 128 if you try to trade in a handset. If you choose an iPhone 13 Pro 512gb+ it’s fine. I put a random colour 512gb in my basket then clicked “change” to go back & select the correct handset.

@EE I managed to check out in the end, but I had to select a different handset spec, go through to check out then click “change”. I could then select to phone I wanted & check out. If you would like more detail I can DM you.
