Respectfully, a few sentences cherry-picked from 62+ pages is not a 'summary', it is just a political operative trying to achieve an outcome rather than convey facts. I am not certain Starship will succeed. But I am certain it is the only spaceship that will be developed in my lifetime that has a chance to fly humans beyond the Earth-Moon system.

@uslugg67@Turbinetraveler It flew all the way to Charleston, South Carolina and did the dreaded 17 Tire landing. The Tire wound up in an orchard. No harm except a couple grapes.
