@uniquestaysguy Just took my family to Naturhotel Forsthofgut a few weeks ago. Was epic. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Also stayed at Moar gut hotel. Very cool hotel as well. Austria is an incredible spot.

@ThinkAppraiser Saw similar results. We own a superhost 5 star home with ~100 stays in Seattle . Performance dropped substantially in late 2024 and early 2025 so pivoted to medium term rental. I honestly think Airbnb is prioritizing new listings in mapping/search results.

@CaseyMericle Did a “quick fix” while guest was away for the day… put in 2x2 on both sides running depth wise with L brackets on both ends. Pretty beefy now. Definitely poor initial install from remodel contractor.

The 2 property combo seems like a massive party magnet. I have a hard time with neighbors next to my 3 bedroom STR in Seattle residential that has a pool that people like to get loud in after hours.

@FitFounder @floydmarinescu Couldn’t agree more on the infrared sauna. Got a Clearlight Sanctuary infrared sauna in 2019 and have used mine at least 3 times a week since. Hands down one of my best purchases you can make for your health.
