In my early days, I was a ski instructor. I love sailing and one of my dream is to sail around the world with my family. What I love the most is to be a father
One of my main goals as a parent is to try to reach the same level of greatness my kids already have. It’s not easy as the bar is set incredibly high.
They deserve nothing less. I chose to have them; they didn’t choose to be born, I owe them everything.
I love them deeply and always try to see the world through their eyes, as the unique individuals they are.
If we want to remove our kids’ growth ceiling, the first step is to teach them to compare themselves only to themselves, not others—as comparing to others is the usual source of envy and jealousy.
But doing better than our past is entirely on us.
@CoachDanGo Interesting but while low vitamin D is associated with depression in observational research, clinical trials have not shown that vitamin D supplementation reliably prevents or treats depressive symptoms.
Elon Musk breaks down the exact playbook legacy media uses for propaganda and how they intentionally shape false narratives:
“Unfortunately, what I’ve learned is that legacy media propaganda is very effective at making people believe things that aren’t true
An example is people calling me a Nazi over a random hand gesture at a rally, when all I was saying was, ‘My heart goes out to you,’ while talking about space travel”
They do it on repetition all at once; essentially, that will end up outweighing the reality
Repeat a narrative enough times, amplify it across headlines, television, and social media, and millions will believe it without ever examining the full context or even the actual reality

It reminds me of my journey to realize my dream of owning a sailboat. There is actually a big gap between the dream and the reality, but in the end, it is all worth it
A reminder from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
“It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment.”
