@Nike for just once I would love 2 order a pair of sneakers from&not receive them used and damaged. It's disgusting & unsanitary. Chat in to "cust service"-no help. Tired of spending money printing labels,going to UPS to drop off bc ur DCs/stores think its ok to send used shi*.

@TMobileHelp the spam calls are non-stop. So when you report a call and block it as fraud or spam literally nothing is done to support a customer that's been with this number with you guys for about 25 years.
So fedex refuses to help. One would think, that if a customer who has an account and gets an alert of a delivery notices an error that they would appreciate the proactiveness to help them correct it and avoid delivery delays but guess not. #TerribleService

@walmarthelp received a delayed order alert, waited a day and no updates, checked in and your chat agent is making it seem like a DC is having product damage issues. I just need to know when my order is gonna ship and have someone be able to articulate correct details to me.
@OptimumHelp so the non-stop outages in my area caused my tv service to stop working. You then have the audacity to change the total on my bill due to service appt and now conveniently me phoning in your systems are down??? Y'all need to fix this immediately
@AmericanExpress just experienced 2 hrs of seriously, the worst customer service ever & my initial problem is still not resolved. I repeated my issues about 18x and still all agents just didn't get it. I need a more local supervisor who understands English to reach out to me asap

@Uber_Support "Support response" DMed them the details- driver held my food delivery hostage, refused to deliver to my building door, forcing me to walk 3-4 blocks as a single female to his car to retrieve my order (mind you pizza place is legit 3x blocks away!). Ridiculous & unsafe!
@Uber_Support there is a "past due" tip amount on my account, which like I've explained is the disputed tip due to reckless behavior by driver. I need this cleared from my account.
@ONCustServ your "customer service" is terrible. All agents tell you different stories and never help. All I needed was a price adjustment and all I got was a hard time- so I'll be returning all the items I just purchased out of sheer principal.
@AMCHelps I was just attempting to place my order online and the app glitches, didn't process my order and now when I go to try again it now states my vouchers have been used. I need this fixed asap.
@Sephora being a rouge member doesn't count 4 anything- shopping sephora for YEARS & yet your app fails-doesnt process my order, eats up a $10 reward that was on my acct & no one in cst svc cares 2 help. Agent sounded 1/2 asleep on the phone. Congrats on losing a member for $10.
