Meaning if you attract the wrong people initially that have the wrong expectations, they will churn faster. For example people find the idea « cool » but their not serious posters or something.

I wrote this for myself - maybe it speaks to someone else too.

It's maybe poorly written, probably cheesy. But it's true.

Most of the work is done in the shadows, with or against ourselves.

The only true solution is to keep showing up, run tiny experiments to find the solutions that might work for you, without any judgment, like a scientist.
