A neighborhood activist and volunteer. Chair of the Bonvue Street Revitalization Project which will inject $2.5 million into this street by rehabbing 10 homes.
Did you know 1 teaspoon of de-icing salt can pollute 5 gallons of water? If your pavement looks like this once the snow starts to melt, you’re applying too much salt! Sweep it up and apply less next time. ❄️

Thankful to the partners who helped me with the Bonvue Revitalization Project. Nine years and $2.5 million dollars later, we are nearing the end of phase two. The first of 5 homes will be on the market soon. This is one of three with income restrictions - marked as affordable.
Thank you @FBIPittsburgh@PghPolice @PghPoliceChief for the amazing work yesterday on my street. Removing this long time nuisance neighbor & drug dealer makes our neighborhood a safer place. Watched you all in action and am in awe of your skills. Thank you!
@pgh2o@danielgilman@Darlene4Pgh Correct. That is what we are asking. Since the issue is clearly on private property, we would like the owner to make repairs.
PWSA: the water leak on Bonvue Street is in month #4. Has to be in the thousands of gallons of wasted water going into the storm drain. What's the deal? @pgh2o@Darlene4Pgh@danielgilman
@pgh2o@danielgilman@Darlene4Pgh I believe you all were already out there and determined it was on the private property side. Will the landlord be required to fix it anytime soon?
