@WokeLawyer @puddy125 Here's my take: ACOE kicks $NAK back to AK. Murk gets the EPA to drop the veto in time for her re election. We go to court. Then the feds step in with some big money to buy the site in a bid to settle to avoid an embarrassing court loss OR we get a permit.

15 months have past since PLP's appeal and still no scheduled site visit or appeal conference. So much for a 90 day timeframe. But don't worry, the ENGO's will claim this process was rushed. China says, "Take your time." @SecGranholm @AlaskaCorps @USACEHQ @EPA @PTFAlaska @ENERGY
