@voice_ex @DavidLloydUK They have lost 2 of my lads medical forms within the club so a direct breach of GDPR and we took tennis taster lessons in January and asked them to cancel it however; been charged for it the last 3 months now and keep getting told it’s definitely cancelled. @LydiaBParker @DavidLloydUK @VirginActiveUK Just cancel your DIrect Debit and leave. They have no customer service in place and a ruck load of problems. I expect them to go under sooner than later as everyone at my local gym is ready to leave. It’s shocking.
