More insane liberals in Helena are calling for the commission to ignore state law and push for a sanctuary city.

Any wonder why Helena is so backward?

Their solution? Use the liberal Supreme Court to legislate from the bench.

"Numerous attorneys in town and around the state have said Helena should seek a declaratory judgement [sic] from the Montana Supreme Court. The court can determine whether the statute is valid and if the attorney general’s actions are appropriate."
