Well this utterly sucks @FitbitUK @Deezer why is this ? Won't even be able to play songs I've saved prior to my fitbit watch either when I pay for a subscription to both of you? Consider it cancelled on both sides.

Won't even be able to play already-stored music despite having a paid subscription for the service to access my music. The function to have music/deezer specifically was the main selling point with fitbit for me and that's going.

@BritishGas Only used £63 in August according to my utility TV. Similar in July. So tell me why you're forcing me to pay you basically £100 more because you will not allow the monthly payment to be reduced below £155 a month since you increased payments last month? Thieves.

@BritishGas changing the direct debit by almost double what it was without warning?! Account is in credit, DD set at £95 and you take £170 this month ?! Tell me how this adds up to £170 and tell me why tf you changed my direct debit without anything to say so ! Thieving planks !

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp got in yesterday and my smart meter was saying £8+ for the day (?!) No one was home the entire day. Woken up today and it's already £2.50 ?? Can't get on the app or website. Is my smart meter broken or are you guys deciding to suddenly rob me
