@PippaCrerar And I’ve used a private a GP practice for a non-urgent back problem because I can afford to and didn’t have time for a fruitless daily 8am call to the GP. So what?! If you can afford it why wait?! Wouldn’t you rather that NHS space went to someone that can’t afford the same??
