@swking_1998 My district uses OneNote for reports and data, but I have not tried it with students. What type of assignments do your students use OneNote for? #wuedt6020
@swking_1998 AI can be integrated into the classroom to grade assignments, provide feedback, and assist students with research. Cons include students becoming reliant on AI. #wuedt6020
@DoretyC43265 Flip (formerly Flip Grid) is such a great collaborative tool! Students can record their video response to discussion and respond to peers! #wuedt6020
@LDeVault002 I could use gamification with my school's current positive behavior program- PBIS and Dojo points. Students currently earn points to spend at the school store. I could add in game elements like "leveling up" and gaining experience points. #wuedt6020
@DoretyC43265@tompgavin I love your idea of using a blog to review books! I know my students would love to do this. That is a great engagement idea for getting students into books. #wuedt6020
@jaimebaffuto @tompgavin I have not used Flip since COVID online learning and recently tried it again with my students. It was such an engaging activity for the end of the school year. #wuedt6020
@tompgavin I would use Youtube in the classroom. I can create videos to communicate with parents and students can create videos to share with families and other students across the globe. Families can follow our class Youtube channel. #wuedt2020
@HongmanW@tompgavin I would love using VR as a student! I'm sure your students would be so engaged. I would love to try this out in my classroom as well. I have used youtube virtual field trips with my students during COVID successfully. #wuedt6020
@ste3834@tompgavin Digital literacy is such a life-skill now! My district has a scope and sequence for digital citizenship that is taught in library and the classroom. I still feel like my students need more practice. #wuedt6020
@tompgavin The emerging trend I will most likely adopt is gamification of learning. The https://t.co/eR5u2fMIGe lesson I created for EDT 6005 was a huge hit in my classroom. I plan to gamify more activities for student engagement and teaching social skills!
