I'm seeing some misunderstanding the benefits debate as if it were workers v unemployed.

Roughly 40% of those who receive Universal Credit get them as in-work benefits to top up low incomes. Many others too have disabilities or mental health problems making work difficult.

@SerenataFlowers can’t tell you how disappointed I am with the customer service I received in relation to my bereaved friend. 2 standard reply emails with no care for the content. Appalling.

@NottmCollege Are there any arrangements being made for students during free periods? COVID restrictions leave students wandering the streets with no where to sit or study in potentially very cold and miserable weather. This doesn’t seem right?
