@marksandspencer can you confirm if your dried mango is being discontinued? Been trying to buy for a while and no luck. I can see the new ranges of nuts/dried fruit but the soft mango in that range isn't a patch on the dried - it's sticky, slimy and goes off very quickly.

@BulbUK I tried all yesterday to upload meter readings but couldn't get on website. Emailed photos to help@ address as advised and got email in middle of night saying undelivered as your inbox is full. What can I do? Photos are date and time stamped to prove taken yesterday.

@SamsungUK incredibly upset that 2 'in stock' tablets I ordered for my kids' main Xmas present, due to arrive this week, are 'delayed' til 7 Jan. You told me last night. 2 very disappointed kids on Saturday. The cynic in me says you might have foreseen it & still let me purchase.

@SamsungUK The point is, it was in stock on your site when I ordered it, and when I rang to check the order with customer service they assured me it was all okay and I'd receive it for Christmas.

I even called your customer service 2 weeks ago to check on the order and was reassured that yes, it was all fine and would be delivered before Xmas.
