@British_Airways my flight is cancelled and I want a refund. The website says to call you, but your system hangs up, no option to wait. How about making it possible to request a refund online? I don’t want a voucher that expires within 12 months.

.@TfL have still done nothing to protect pedestrians from motorists routinely crossing on green pedestrian light at the corner of Corsica St and St Paul’s Road. A bus and two cars crossed on green this time. It’s dangerous and @tfl need to sort it out urgently.

@TfL @FieldsHighbury they really need to do something about the cyclists, as well, who do not stop when the pedestrian lights are green. Extremely dangerous for pedestrians.
