🚨 California Passed "The Stop Nick Shirley Act":
This week the California Assembly passed AB 2624. This bill will criminalize investigative journalism involving the immigrant population. It would have made it illegal to expose the Somali "Learing" center if it were in California or the Armenian hospice fraud in LA if they claimed "reasonable fear."
The bill protects "immigration support services providers," which means services provided to immigrants, including health care. It has been proven that millions, potentially billions, of dollars in fraud has taken place in "immigrant support services” which includes nonprofits and NGOs the state funds.
California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating it as they could be forced and sued to remove the video, forced to pay attorney fees, and ordered to pay a minimum of $4,000 in damages.
This bill was created by Mia Bonta (the attorney general's wife). She has made 4 separate versions of this bill because each version violates the 1st Amendment and is extremely unconstitutional.
Plain and simple, California politicians need the fraud to continue because they depend on the fraud to push their agendas. END ALL THE FRAUD.
The father plants trees he will never climb and the son climbs trees he did not plant, and somewhere in this sacred exchange lies the mystery of time itself - how a man becomes eternal not by living forever but by teaching another man to die well, and when the son finally understands that his father's silence was not absence but presence compressed into granite, that his father's hands were not empty but full of invisible seeds, then he becomes the father, then he plants the trees, then he learns the terrible beautiful weight of loving someone into tomorrow
I have said many times, that I am always going to be critical of everything. Left or right. I will also give praise when praise is due...
This DOGE website with, full transparency, is amazing. We used to have to read through bills or government docs to try to figure out what is happening. Otherwise, have to trust media at face value.
Regardless if I agree with what is being cut or added, listing every single thing, one by one, is how it should be done. More of this please @DOGE
Donald Trump was mocked for sounding the alarm on the California water/fire crisis during his interview with Joe Rogan.
Turns out, he was right.
Trump spent nearly 7 minutes ranting about the issue, blasting Newsom for doing nothing to fix the problem.
Trump specifically discussed the Californian Delta Smelt controversy, where rainwater is wasted by being directed into the Pacific Ocean to protect a tiny fish species.
"You know in Los Angeles, you can't get proper amounts of water."
"In order to protect a tiny little fish, the water up north gets routed into the Pacific Ocean. Millions and millions of gallons of water gets poured [into the Pacific]."
"I got it all done. Nobody could believe it. It was all done. I said, I got it. You got so much water. All you have to do is sign, and [Newsom] didn't wanna sign."
"Every time I go to California, I say you have so much water. They don't know it... I'm telling you, people living in Beverly Hills, they turn off the water. Same thing with the electric."
Hey fast food companies - you're collectively serving 26 billion meals a year. You've perfected convenience, marketing and taste that keep customers returning.
But--and I know you see it too--a big shift towards health is happening. People want healthy food without contaminants. It's best you get ahead of this because otherwise overnight you'll be a low-brow brand.
Partner with me to create Don't Die approved meals. They'll be healthy and tested for toxins. If we start today, we can have a test market product up in time for the Super Bowl on Feb. 9th.
You have 92,777 U.S. locations alone. The scale of what you could do to improve people's health is compelling. This is in your economic interest. Don't die.

Incredibly inappropriate. What I post on this platform has nothing to do with a “coastal commission” in California!
Filing suit against them on Monday for violating the First Amendment.
My college teammates son is in the 16u finals, my Olympic teammates son is in the 16u finals and I have two club kids I coach in the 16u finals. Life is good, let’s go have some fun tonight.
🇸🇬 SINGAPORE PM: WOKENESS IS KILLING AMERICA
"In the West, they have wokeness.
It leads to very extreme attitudes and social norms, particularly in universities.
You talk about safe spaces.
You talk about appropriate pronouns.
Life becomes very burdensome; I don't think we want to go in that direction.
It doesn't make us a more resilient, cohesive society with a strong sense of solidarity.
We must be more robust."
