I was mis-sold an SBI Life insurance policy while I was at SBI branch for a home loan discussion.
The policy was presented as a short-term investment . No explanation about terms.
I paid ₹1,04,500 via link in the branch.

@SBILife @TheOfficialSBI I later discovered it was a long-term insurance policy requiring 2 years of premium to get any value.
Since I paid only 1 year, they say the full amount is forfeited.
This is mis-selling under IRDAI consumer protection norms.

I Have an issue with my credit card which i lost 2 years back i dont have any details of my card. when i send email by sharing my addar card as a proof for addres change to get a new card. No response Y.
